Eustess is moderate or normal psychological stress interpreted as being beneficial for the experiencer. Eustress is the positive reaction(arousal) to stress that generates within us a desire to achieve and overcome a challenge. Our perceptions of a stressor are what determine if we are feeling distress or eustress.
