Diet Plan - recommendation

I have a diet that I recommend, if you are interested...
You have to follow it exactly like it says for 3 days and then eat sensible for 4 days, then you may continue this again for 3 days (and so forth)... After the 3th day you should lose 10 lbs, if you follow it strictly!!!
1st Day
Breakfast - Black Coffee or Tea, 1/2 Grapefruit or Juice 1, slice Dry Toast 1,
TBSP Peanut butter
Lunch - 1/2 cup Tuna or Chicken, 1 Slice Toast or cheese, coffee or tea
Dinner - 2 slices (3 oz) Any Meat or small Broiled Steak, 1 Cup Beets or Carrots,
1 Cup Green Beans or Greens, 1 small apple, 1 cup vanilla ice cream
2nd Day
Breakfast - Black Coffee or Tea, 1 Egg (Any Style), 1 slice dry toast, 1/2 Banana,
Lunch - 1 Cup Cottage Cheese or Tuna, 5 saltines, coffee or tea
Dinner - 2 Turkey Wieners, 1 cup Broccoli or Cabbage 1/2 cup Carrots or Turnips,
1/2 Banana, 1/2 Cup Vanilla Ice Cream
3rd Day
Breakfast - Black coffee or tea, 5 saltine crackers, 1 slice cheddar cheese,
1 small apple
Lunch - 1 Hard Boiled Egg or 1/2 Cup Tuna, 1 Slice Toast, Coffee or Tea
Dinner - 1 Cup Tuna or Chicken Breast or Turkey 1 Cup Beets or Carrots,
1 Cup Cauliflower or Greens, Cup Cantaloupe or 1 Small Banana
