In the upstairs research center are Dr. E. L. Graham's surgical books. Dr. Graham was a surgeon in the French Army in WWI, and he came to Cisco to work at the Humble Town Hospital in 1922. The study center has his WWI uniform as well as several photographs taken by Dr. Graham in Paris during the war.
In addition, the center has numerous diplomas of Dr. Ervin Addy, Jr., who came to Cisco to practice medicine in 1947 where he resided until his death in 2002. The center also has several hundred books and magazines, many related to either Texas history, mining, or treasure hunting.
