    The City room has memorabilia & pictures of Cisco's development as well as area places such as Putnam & Thurber. There are maps of the city of Cisco (1883, 1886, 1891, 1896, 1902, 1907, and the 1920's) The maps show locations of businesses, the viaduct, public schools, and Cisco College. A 1912 telephone used in an oil office is on display.

    The Safe (2004) contains; Cisco newspapers from 1918 to 1975; Cisco weather information recorded by Red Owens from 1946 to 1980; Cisco Federated Women's papers from 1915 to 1990; the Terrell collection of material about the Spider Rock Mystery which was discovered in 1905.
